FT Dietary Cook, Allegany Provide customer service by preparing family style meals according to respective shift for residents and employees through performance of the following duties. Responsible/Accountable for accuracy and validity of all recorded documentation pertaining to your job description. 1. Prepare menu items according to published menus, diets and recipes including prep for future meals and baking desserts 2. Serve meals from serving line 3. Ensures that all sanitation procedures are followed 4. Interacts with resident to ensure satisfaction 5. Assures proper handling of food 6. Maintain regulatory compliance 7. Washes dishes and appliances and sweeps the floor 8. Direct duties of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
