KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Global Centralized Transition Leader for Global Mobility Services to join our KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with delivery center team leaders to motivate a team of Project Management and Global Mobility specialists across multiple locations
- Lead the teams to ensure a seamless onboarding of clients and their employees into KPMG process and technology systems
- Develop the overall playbook for Centralized Transitions to include further GMS service lines as well as focusing on streamlining and automating the existing activities
- Build and leverage your network of GMS leaders across KPMG Member firms to support business development, including supporting proposals and presentations to potential clients; and ultimately drive Centralized Transitions activity
- Manage communication confidently with multiple stakeholders in various countries
- Apply a lean mindset, lead projects on the design of new services and review of existing activities with a focus on identifying and delivering process improvements and simplifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in a related field or discipline
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a business discipline and a recognized tax certification
- Strong experience working in expatriate tax services and global mobility
- Significant project management and presentation experience
- Proactive, resourceful and confident; comfortable and happy to work with a changing brief
- Experience of prioritizing work based on requirements of multiple stakeholders

California Salary Range: $139200 - $290100
