Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
 
Responsibilities: Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all activities concerning training and development and recruitment and selection, as well as providing support in audits of internal and external standards and certifications. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.
  • Coordinate the operative and administrative process of recruitment, selection, and induction process for all new employees.
  • Coordinate and manage all training and integration activities provided to company personnel both in the operational phase and in registration and control.
  • Keep updated on the policies and procedures related to Training, Internal Promotions, and Recruitment and Selection.
  • Follow up on the annual performance plan (Set goals / Mid-year review / End-of-year review).
  • Create and keep Company Job Descriptions updated.
  • Comply with the responsibilities established in the OAS.
Required:
 
  • Degree in Psychology, Administration or Career in order
  • 3+ years of experience in related positions
  • Experience in Technical Recruitment (IT roles)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Intermediate command of the English language
 
Preferred:
 
• Master's in human Talent Management.
• Diploma in Psychometry
• Advanced Excel
