As a full-time, nonexemptSpecialty Pharmacy TechnicianwithCPS Solutions, LLCPatient Care Services / AZINAteam in Dublin,you will be avital team member directly influencing quality patient care. In this role, you will work in a casual low stress, office/call center setting, with your own individual workstation. Say goodbye tostanding on your feet all day, working the drive-up window and ringing up the cash register!! Under the supervision of a pharmacist, you will assist internal and external customers with ensuringfinancial and clinical requirements are met prior to the safe fulfillment of specialty medications. This allows you to provide exceptionalcustomer service and share your expertise withpatients, providers, or payers regarding specialty pharmacy enrollment, benefits inquiries, prior authorizations, appeals, financial assistance, foundation support, prescription status inquiries, and other areas thatpertainto their accounts. Our Specialty Pharmacy Technicians areresponsible for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls with patients, providers,pharmacists, foundations, payers, and others under the supervision of the pharmacist.

Schedule:This position is scheduled to work full time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, primarily Monday throughFriday with a 30-minute lunch break. Occasionally you may be asked to work anevening or weekend shift based upon business needs.

About the Facility: This new facility will consist of a Specialty Pharmacy on the main level and a Patient Care Services department on the second floor. The Specialty Pharmacy will fulfill specialty medication orders. The Patient Care Services Center will provide support and resources to assist in the approval, onboarding, and follow-up of specialty medications/patients within our Specialty Pharmacy Network. Plans are to open in early fall. Within the first few months of operation, staff will include 10 FTE's and will expand with future growth.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy utilizes TherigySTM, Multiple Pharmacy Management Systems and the Microsoft Suite of Products. The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Required Qualifications:


High school graduate or equivalent required
Current OhioPharmacy Technician license & PTCB certificationrequired
Recent pharmacy technician work experience with payors and/or prior authorizationspreferred

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:


Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
In-depth understanding of medication names (both verbaland written)
Professional, polished and positive written and verbal communication skills
Experience prioritizing, problem-solving and multitasking workload with ease
Experience working with a variety of pharmacy order entry systems
Ability to perform and manage projects outside of day-to-day duties
