Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information or assistance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Manage email correspondence, including drafting, responding, and organizing messages.
• Responsible for overall document organization, including scanning and storage of client documents.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure timely and effective communication within the organization.
• Proven experience in answering inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with managing email correspondence effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience working in a professional environment such as law firm, CPA firm, etc
