Job Description:
Pro Staff is hiring in Faribault, MN! Join our team with this temp-to-hire opportunity as a Supply Planner. Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent.
7 years of work experience in logistics, marketing, or sales.
The ability to communicate & negotiate effectively with suppliers.
Must be detail-oriented and able to perform detailed data analysis.
Supply Planner Essential Functions:
Optimize physical inventory assets using automated planning software and the ERP system.
Improve inventory turnover while maintaining high customer service levels.
Analyze and update supplier lead times to ensure timely deliveries.
Educate suppliers on company requirements for on-time delivery.
Track and report key performance metrics to management.
Utilize various databases and software tools for daily inventory reporting.
Provide detailed explanations of inventory fluctuations and perform additional duties as needed.
1st Shift | 8 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible with start time) | $21.50 per hour
