Tasks:

We are looking for a Team Manager with native German and advanced English for an important multinational automotive company.

What do we offer you?

• Salary of 22.000€/year.
• Permanent full-time contract with career opportunities!
• Rotative working hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00h (9-18h, 10-19h or 11-20h).
• Training within contract to get to know the client, computer applications and team management from 9:00 to 18:00h.
• Modality of work: On site work in our Madrid hub, with the possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve is overcome.
• An excellent work environment within an international team, as calls from all over Europe are handled (the team is made up of Germans, Italians, Portuguese, Swedes, etc.).

What do we need?

• GERMAN
  • Native or bilingual.
• ENGLISH
  • Advanced (B2-C1).
• We value that you have experience as a Team Manager, but we also value positively the willingness to learn and the potential for development.
