Maintenance Technician, Full-Time (Oak Harbor, OH) -
Job Summary –
Performs a wide variety of manual maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, moving furniture and office equipment, grass cutting, and special cleaning tasks throughout the Bank.
Essential Job Duties –
- Facility maintenance (interior and exterior) at all banking centers including but not limited to painting, window washing, furniture repair, simple plumbing and electrical tasks, etc.
- Maintain all office location sidewalks (i.e. sweep, hose off, remove snow as outlined by supervisor).
- Oversee customer and employee parking lots at assigned offices.
- Assist in clearing snow from exterior walkways at various bank locations.
- Keep maintenance truck in good working order.
- Mow grass at assigned banking centers. Water and maintain lawn, shrubs, and flower areas at assigned banking centers. Fertilize lawns.
- Replace all filters at all locations on a scheduled basis.
- Serve as a replacement bank courier in his/her absence (emergency only).
- Delivers supplies as needed.
- Maintain a list of signs and locations. Deliver and pick up signs needed for new construction.
- Assist with branch construction or remodeling
- Punctual and regular attendance is required
Requirements –
- A high school diploma
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Knowledge of and ability to operate hand and power tools
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Basic maintenance knowledge such as electrical, plumbing, dry wall, heating and air conditioning
- Knowledge of ladder safety
