We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst, who has a proven track record of leading a team onsite and able to deliver.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Data Analyst II to provide federal grant management support for our federal customer, General Services Administration, to perform tasks not limited to finance, accounting, information technology, research and analysis, or other program support fields. This position is located in Lakewood, CO, and does require onsite work.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Works in support of the general management and business operation of the LCA program, as well as Region 8 Leasing Division.
- Provides data analysis and research for specific projects related to Novations, File Reviews, Property Tax analysis, Operating Cost Adjustments, and Rent Inquires.
- Supports managers and customers on a variety of tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Continuously exercises discretion and independent judgment on the analysis, planning, and/or implementation of important program initiatives.
- Provides basic support of new Business Data Analysts in the form of training, mentoring, and shadowing opportunities.
- Ability to cross train over each LCA region to support other teams.
- Ability to provide support of national initiatives that the LCA program manages. Such as portfolio wide modifications.
