Required Skills:
-Troubleshoot, fix, and maintain the various Programmable Controllers throughout the facility, in the most cost-efficient and cost-effective manner, while maintaining all quality and safety standards
-Assist in the planning for and installation of new equipment
-Work with the Maintenance Manager on controlling all department costs and developing metrics to
-Track costs to contain and improve
-Schedule and complete all projects/assignments in a timely, cost-efficient manner
-Assist with negotiating prices, terms, and conditions, with outside suppliers used to meet project needs
-Assist with overseeing of installation to ensure machines and other equipment are installed and functioning according to specification
Preferred Skills:
-Post-secondary training in Electronics Repair, specifically including PLCs
-3+ years of experience in a high-speed production environment
-Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
-High degree of troubleshooting capability
-Comfortable working with and around alcohol products
-Ability to do regular bending, stooping, and lifting up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
 
Job Description:
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, fixing and maintaining the various Programmable Controllers throughout the facility, in the most cost efficient and cost-effective manner, while maintaining all quality and safety standards. This position also assists in the planning for and installation of new equipment.
