Payrate: $16.75/hr.
Hours: 5p-5a (rotating schedule) - temp. to hire
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment and materials for production
- Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, in-putting materials, and monitoring defects/loss for continuous operation
- Conduct self-inspection of the product and check the quality
- Maintain accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System)
- Track all non-conformations and scraps
- Compliance with health/safety/environmental/fire regulations
- Perform 5s audits, maintain production logs, quality checks and maintenance work logs
- Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordancewith5S3R Standards:
- Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
- Follow existing cleaning SOP’s during downtime (e.g. line stop, waiting time, etc.), which includes cleaning your designated machine and/or surrounding work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to properly and regularly utilize thefollowingPPE for a period of up to 12 hours
