Job Description:
Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional andindustrial marketsis seeking a Logistics Specialist! This position will allow the associate to be trained to support multiple admin and supply chain roles and move between those functions as needed for coverage and workload balancing purposes.

What You Will Do:
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, formula lookups, etc.)
Performs queries into SAP in order to extract information for use in the operations room
Management of key businesses orders - McD, Starbucks, Costco etc.
Collaboration with marketing teams to ensure service metrics are met daily
Compiles basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials or prepares charts, graphs, and tables as necessary in Excel
Delivery block management and communication to all supply chain teams
Process orders, quote requests, and other vendor and customer inquiries promptly and accurately
Reporting of service failures to marketing teams
Shipped in full failure reporting
Expedites, Drop Ships for all Kay Businesses and required reporting
Manage as part of a team all incoming and outgoing correspondence with business teams
Utilize TMS for order tracking
Manage work time to achieve department service level goals
Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to meet team needs
Handle special projects as needed
Understand guidelines for requesting time off, including holidays
Position Details:
Plant location: Hybrid in Greensboro, NC or Eagan, MN; potential for Remote
Work week and shift: Monday - Friday 1st shift 8am-5pm EST
Compensation: $21.50 - 27.00 an hour based on experience
Minimum Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent
Strong in Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge in SAP PEE and CRM

Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree or advanced degree in related field
Previous Customer Service background
Professional Experience training and providing feedback
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ecolab finished goods and raw ingredient product knowledge
