Summary of Position | This job requires general administrative and tutorial duties that are discipline specific for the Mathematics Department. The incumbent is responsible for administrative and tutoring duties that will help assist students that are in the Advanced Mathematics Laboratory. |
Minimum Required Education | High School diploma or GED required AND Major in mathematics or related field with enrollment in Pre-Calculus required. • Completion of Calculus I and II preferred. Must upload transcripts to prove enrollment in Pre-Calculus to be considered for position |
Minimum Required Experience | • One year wage earning experience preferred. • Experience using Microsoft applications and the usage of advanced mathematics software application required. |
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | Must have ability to work cooperatively with people at all levels. Must be computer literate. Demonstrate a high level of verbal and writing skills as well as computational skills. |
Other Information | Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be available for evening shift. |
