The HR Manager will oversee all HR activities to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
Your duties will include:
- Assist the VP in creating, implementing and enforcing HR policies that support company goals
- Manage staffing efforts: Recruiting, hiring, training, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Support managers with performance improvement and corrective action.
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries from employees.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits, and in keeping current with trends.
- Identify training needs to increase organizational efficiency.
- Oversee payroll processes.
- Manage HR Systems to maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related industry
- !0+ years’ HR experience, 5+ years’ senior level HR positions
- PHR, SPHR certification and SHRM affiliation are a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing and production environment
- Experience with an HRIS platform and in ensuring accuracy
- Firm knowledge of current employee compensation/benefit options
- Experience in payroll and A/R oversight
- Successful input for staff development and employee retention
This position offers a competitive starting salary of $90-120,000 annually with exceptional benefits and a traditional first shift, M-Fri work schedule.
