Dr. Hafsa Memon, MD is an obstetrician gynecologist in East Setauket, NY and has over 15 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from Aga Khan Medical College in 2005.

Salary Range

USD $66.55 - USD $90.00 /Hr.



We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic OBGYN team in New York. As an APP, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to women, working alongside our experienced OBGYN physicians. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing a full range of services, including routine gynecological exams, prenatal and postnatal care, and women’s health education.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic procedures.

  • Diagnose and manage common obstetrical and gynecological conditions.

  • Provide prenatal, postnatal, and family planning counseling.

  • Assist in surgical procedures as needed and provide post-operative care.

  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans.

  • Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle changes, and women’s health issues.

  • Document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current OBGYN practices, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution.

  • Current New York State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

  • Certification by a recognized professional body (e.g., NCC, AANP, or equivalent for Nurse Practitioners; NCCPA for Physician Assistants).

  • Previous experience in OBGYN or women’s health is preferred, but not required.

  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to make independent decisions and collaborate with the healthcare team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
