Job Description

We are looking for hardworking and energetic individuals to join our The Alley family. Our goal is to create a tasty tea and beverages. We believe that a good drink should not be a cup of taste only, but a cup of happiness.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, Boba drinks, coffee, and tea.
- Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Prepare food items, according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Prep duties such as washing and chopping fruits
- Label and stock ingredients on shelves or fridge/freezer
- Measure ingredients and seasonings
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for more than 4 hours
