必要な条件/経験:
- 学士号を取得していること（同等の実務経験でも可）
- Linux ツールを使用してハードウェアやネットワークの問題をトラブルシューティングした経験
- LPIC を取得していること。または Linux（例: Red Hat、Slackware、Fedora、SUSE、Ubuntu、Debian、Gentoo）、Unix（例: Solaris、AIX、HP-UX、BSD）、その他 Windows などの類似 OS を扱った同等の経験
望ましい経験/スキル:
- OS、PC ハードウェア、ネットワーキングのコンセプト、ツール、プロトコルに関する中級レベルの知識

About the job
ハードウェア オペレーション チームは、Google のシステムを支える物理インフラストラクチャの構築と保守を担当しています。
データセンター テクニシャンはハードウェア（サーバーやサーバー コンポーネントなど）の設置、設定、テスト、トラブルシューティング、保守と、サーバー ソフトウェア（Google の Linux クラスタなど）の操作を行うポジションです。また、Google の高度なデータセンター サーバーとネットワーク インフラストラクチャの導入と保守も行っていただきます。
データセンター チームは、世界でも有数の性能を持つ電気システムおよび空調システムの設計と運用を担当しています。メンバーは、多様性に富み、明るく創造的なエンジニア チームの一員として、強力なデータセンターの設計と運用に協力して取り組んでいます。
Responsibilities
- さまざまな取り組みやプロジェクト チームの一員として、現行 / 新規のデータセンター インフラストラクチャを導入、保守、サポートする
- トラブルシューティングを行い、重大な技術的課題や、エスカレーションされてきた技術的課題の解決にあたる
- 新しいサーバー ハードウェア コンポーネントと新しいサーバー ハードウェアの設計に関するテストとトラブルシューティングを支援する
- サーバー上の Linux OS を設定し、Linux OS 関連の問題のトラブルシューティングを行う
