    We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in the Aerospace industry, located in Hollywood, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Windows Server environments, implementing security measures, managing backups, and providing IT network support.

    Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies within Active Directory.
    • Regularly monitor system performance, troubleshoot any arising issues, and ensure the IT services are always available.
    • Maintain and support cloud-based services, including Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
    • Handle server virtualization using VMware vSphere.
    • Provide basic IT network support, including NPS for RADIUS authentication.
    • Manage backup operations, monitor them for any issues, and troubleshoot as needed.
    • Implement patch management to ensure that our systems are always updated and secure.
    • Diagnose and resolve any system, network, and software issues that may arise.
    • Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and issue resolutions.
    • Assist in root cause analysis and develop preventive measures to avoid future issues.
    • Travel to remote sites as needed for hardware and software deployments and provide on-site support.
    • Use monitoring tools like SolarWinds to ensure system health and proactively identify potential issues.
    • Collaborate closely with senior administrators to develop skills and expertise.
    • Stay updated with industry trends through consistent and detail-oriented training.
    • Proficient in Cisco Technologies, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure and system design.
    • Experience with Citrix Technologies, including the planning, implementation, and maintenance of virtualization solutions.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Technologies, with the ability to manage and monitor cloud-based systems.
    • Familiarity with Dell Technologies, including server, storage, and networking products.
    • Expertise in Firewall Technologies, with the ability to configure and maintain secure network environments.
    • Proficiency in AB Testing, with the ability to analyze results and implement improvements.
    • Extensive experience with Active Directory, including user and group management, and policy implementation.
    • Knowledge of Backup Technologies, with the ability to plan and execute reliable backup strategies.
    • Familiarity with Cluster Analysis, with the ability to use statistical techniques to interpret complex data.
    • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair.
    • Proficient in Group Policy, with the ability to manage and configure policy settings.
    • Experience in Backup Administration, with the ability to manage and monitor backup systems and processes.
