Representative Department: Sales - Corporate Services Reports To: Vice
President Sales - Corporate Services General Scope of Job Coordinates
customer relationships by developing new contacts and business
opportunities. Maintains existing customer base relationships and sales
dollars. Responsible for preparing customer job quotes, expediting
customer orders, taking phone orders, and helping resolve problems with
customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform all sales
driven activity including prospecting, lead / qualification calls, cold
calls generating a minimum of regional assigned calls per day, maintain
an active project list consisting of ongoing activities, maintain repeat
and new business. Prepare timely and accurate quotations to existing &
potential customers. Respond to customer\'s voice & email within 24
hours from receipt of call through proper communications (i.e.,
telephone, fax, email & conference call). Establish blanket and
agreement programs with existing and new potential customers. Handles
all inbound calls from customer on sales related activity. Some calls
may be rotated to the National Accounts Manager or National Accounts
Specialist, Corporate Services (CS) for additional service. All
customers call should be handled in a professional manner. Gain product
knowledge through resources at Sharp Packaging System, LLC. Have an
understanding of all Sharp Packaging machines in order to quote, sell &
demo at corporate facility. Performs other job-related duties as
