Biomedical Production Supervisor job details include:

Schedule: 8:00pm - 4:30am

Pay: $25.20/hr.

Be responsible for 20 - 30 employees in terms of communication, workload delegation, motivation, recognition & disciplinary action.

Responsible for operation of the shift to include floor observation, recognizing operational bottle necks and short falls, troubleshooting issues, proper utilization of personnel, implementing corrective action and continuous monitoring of those corrections for sustained improvement.

Evaluating production reports for absenteeism and employee production short falls vs team goals.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience leading manufacturing teams of 20+ workers, strong GMP knowledge.
