REMOTE. FTE: 0.500000 Shift: Shift 1 Monday-Thursday 2p-6p and Friday
1p-5p Job Summary: Acts as a subject matter expert in servicing
Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin patients needs, including
registration, scheduling, and other patient access requests, in order to
ensure an exceptional experience and provide first contact resolution.
Tasks are completed for several specialties and large groups of
physicians servicing the many locations of our clinical enterprise. This
position will use detailed protocols and enterprise scheduling tools to
aid patients in scheduling with the right physician, at the right time
and location. Customer-focused and friendly communication skills will
provide an exceptional experience and set the stage for patient
preference and loyalty to Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer
service position is required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a
call center environment is required. A Minimum of 5 years experience in
a customer service position preferred.EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School
diploma or equivalent is required.SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Expert
communication skills, oral and written required. Proven ability to
multi-task. Proven ability to mentor other co-workers on job tasks and
workflows. Strong proactive organizational skills. Excellent customer
service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Knowledge of
medical terminology and health care appointment scheduling software such
as Epic. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred. Perks & Benefits at
