Position Description: | Under general supervision, provides front-facing clerical office support for inquiries about graduate education and Graduate Studies initiatives; supports the Associate Dean's responsibilities; creates marketing materials, maintains and tracks social media analytics, and provides basic reports to staff; serves as a liaison between Graduate Studies and units across campus; aids in the internal processing of Graduate Studies funding, including GA and GC-TS allocations; responsible for all Graduate Studies programming, graduate awards and outreach efforts; and performs other related duties as assigned. This is a first shift position with a work schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. |
Required Qualifications: | Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing. |
Desirable Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Humanities or related field preferred. |
