Speech language Pathologist - The Speech Language Pathologist organizes, evaluates, and conducts speech/language, swallowing and hearing screening tests and treatments for the Special Education services Program for all age groups. <P> Education - <LI> Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, NYS License <P> Major Skills - <LI> Provide screening, diagnosis and treatment to program and related services preschoolers. <LI> Observes, records, and reports individual child behavior maintaining accurate, prompt, and confidential documentation. <LI> Provides SLP services to children with special needs as determined by the child's (Individualized Education Plan (IEP). <LI> Participates in Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) Conferences upon request. <P> Requirements - <LI> Medical Exam. <LI> reference Check.
