Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain financial records and ensure all bookkeeping entries are up-to-date.
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements to support business operations.
• Serve as the receptionist by handling incoming calls and greeting visitors in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to assist with financial reporting and data management.
• Support payroll processing and ensure employee compensation records are accurate.
• Collaborate with management to provide insights on financial performance and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist with year-end reporting and audit preparation.
• Organize and maintain documentation for easy access and retrieval.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar financial management software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and external contacts.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
