This in office role will be a key player on the Accounting team collaborating with multiple departments and working on various accounting tasks and operational responsibilities.     Responsibilities:

    • Balance intercompany accounts and resolve any discrepancies

    • Contribute to various projects within the department as needed

    • Use ERP software for daily tasks, journal entries, and reconciliations

    • Support the financial department with daily accounting tasks

    • Assist with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

    • Reclassify division-related expenses on a monthly basis

    • Review, process, and prepare journal entries for expense reports

    • Reconcile various accounts, vendor statements, and customer statements

    • Research discrepancies, collect and analyze information, and propose solutions

    • Assist with month-end tasks and procedures.

    • Minimum of 3 years recent & relevant accounting experience

    • Proven proficiency in Account Reconciliation

    • Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (A/P) & Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes

    • Experience with Bank Reconciliations

    • Degree not required, but would be a plus

    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

    • Ability to manage deadlines, have attention to detail and work independently
