Your Opportunity:FolderWorks is looking for a 1st Shift Equipment Operator to join the team in North Mankato, MN!
Your Responsibilities:
Operates equipment and machinery used for packaging, bindery, finishing, and print production.
Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines, and in a timely fashion.
Troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues, making adjustments and corrections to meet production and quality standards as needed.
Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
Reads and interprets work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to select position and secure machinery.
Your Shift:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:00pm
You Must Have:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and challenging environment
Attention to detail
Ability to understand verbal and written instruction
Ability to learn and utilize computer programs for order processing
Strong team player with a positive attitude towards work and others
Basic math and problem-solving skills required
We Would Also Prefer:
Production experience
Mechanically inclined
