    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee financial statement audits for clients in the construction, manufacturing, and not-for-profit industries.
    • Supervise and review the work of audit staff and seniors to ensure quality and compliance with applicable auditing standards.
    • Evaluate internal controls, assess risk, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications during the engagement process.
    • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with proactive insights.
    • Assist in training and mentoring team members; contribute to staff development and performance evaluations.
    • Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and billing to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
    • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities with existing clients and assisting in proposal development.


    Qualifications:

    • CPA license required.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit.
    • Prior experience auditing clients in construction, manufacturing, and/or not-for-profit sectors strongly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and relevant industry-specific accounting standards.
    • Excellent project management, communication, and client service skills.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
