Position Details
General Statement | The Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the College of Letters & Science 101/201 Seminar classes and the Liberal Studies program, including student and faculty affairs, fiscal and human resource management, and enrollment management. |

Duties and Responsibilities | The Program Manager reports to two different Directors, both of whom are part-time in their respective positions. As a result, the Program Manager is required to work independently with very little supervision, act on behalf of the directors and make decisions in their absence, and be able to utilize professional knowledge, judgment, and skills. The Program Manager is required to efficiently juggle multiple priorities and deadlines while keeping the program directors apprised of any issues or problems that may arise. The Program Manager for seminar courses and Liberal Studies manages the day-to-day operations of both programs, including:
