DUTIES:
* Take responsibility for discharge/transfer cleaning. Disinfection of
patient care areas, and common areas on assignment
* Demonstrate a working knowledge of the healthcare cleaning and disinfecting
principles using proper chemical use and equipment handling.
* Follow all infection prevention practices (i.e. proper cleaning and
disinfection protocols and process, hand hygiene, standard & isolation
precautions, as well as proper donning and doffing of Personal Protective Equip
PREFERRED SKILLS:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Healthcare support services and/or environmental services, hospitality
or a related field
* Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Technician (CHEST)
WAGE: $18.00 - $22.05/Hour - Depending on experience
