Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Linux system administration, troubleshooting, scripting, and networking.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with automation, systems design, and implementation.
- Experience with cloud (e.g., Google Cloud).
- Experience with Linux and Windows system administration.
- Knowledge of scripting.
- Understanding of complex IT infrastructure and security standards, with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas with high ambiguity.

Responsibilities
- Utilize Linux and Windows systems, networking, and security fundamentals.
- Write code to automate monitoring and routine tasks (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Go, etc.).
- Utilize configuration as code (e.g., Puppet configuration management) and cloud compute (e.g., Google Compute Engine (GCE)).
- Utilize customer service, documentation, prioritization, multitasking, communication and leadership skills.
- Work with minimum supervision, and identify and initiate areas for improvement and automation. Build management or physical security systems.
