We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Educational Organization, based in Honolulu, Hawaii, for a Receptionist. As part of this role, you will be primarily involved in customer service, data entry, and managing email correspondence.
Responsibilities
• Answering and managing a multi-line phone system
• Assisting visitors and providing top-notch customer service
• Processing mail and organizing files efficiently
• Scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth operations
• Performing data entry tasks and maintaining records
• Handling email correspondence effectively
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Using excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Receptionist role or similar position
• Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Comfortable with email correspondence, including drafting, sending, and replying to emails
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with a diverse range of individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage a complex calendar system
• Experience in mail processing, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
• Ability to assist visitors, providing information and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
