JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is responsible for the daily operation
of the plant, including but not limited to: - Operation - Maintenance -
Production - Inventory Control - Environmental Compliance - Safety -
Support and Supervision of the Plant Employees - Plan, direct, or
coordinate work activities and resources necessary in accordance with
quality, and quantity specifications. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: - Mechanical skills and ability to
ensure equipment is properly maintained - Computer knowledge - Good
aptitude for logistics, planning, and scheduling - Ability to
multitask - Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate
with others to share best practices - Ability to adapt quickly to
changes - Familiarity with loaders and other machinery (preferred, but
