Job Description

My client based in Maryland is seeking a construction project manager to join their growing Interiors Construction division. This PM will be assigned to a job, renovating or building out commercial office space, primarily law firms, HQs, and government buildings. Their day to day responsibilities will include managing the project - creating and managing budget and schedule, running calls with vendors, submitting RFIs and change orders, and making sure the project is run successfully to completion.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree

- 5+ years experience as a project manager in the commercial construction space

- Strong understanding of interiors work - experience running an interior renovation from start to finish

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Related bachelor's degree (Construction Management, engineering, etc.)

- Experience with Procore or MS Project
