25 Fulltime H-2A Seasonal Jobs available 07/01/2024- 11/09/2024. Workers will hand plant onions, weed onions, maintain hedges with employer provided tools. Operate agricultural equipment. Work requires standing, walking, bending repetitively, lifting up to 60 pounds and kneeling. Three months experience in commercial conventional farming in the jobs listed is required. Employer requires all-newly hired employees to take and pass an employer-paid background check. All background checks are conducted uniformly after an initial job offer has been extended and accepted by the new hire. These checks may be performed to ensure a safe housing and work environment for all workers. All new employees are subject to a post-hire, employer-paid drug test. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid random drug testing in accordance with state law. Any employee who declines to take or fails a drug test will be immediately terminated. Requirements: * Workers must have a minimum of 3 months verifiable experience in performing the tasks described. * Random drug and alcohol testing if required by a government post-hire at employer's expense. * All-newly hired employees to take and pass an employer-paid background check. * Lifting requirement of 60 lbs. * Repetitive movements, extensive pushing/pulling, extensive walking, and frequent stooping. * Exposure to extreme temperatures.
