Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and life-style factors. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications. BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support:
- Emergency Department
Department: Emergency Department, TNCC-Trauma Nursing Corp Course within 180 Days of hire
OR ENPC-Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course within 180 days
NIHSS-National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale:
- Any department caring for stroke patients
- Emergency Department within 90 days
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within 90 days
Department: Trauma, TNCC-Trauma Nursing Corp Course
OR IBCLC-International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Department, MMC ICU: TNCC-Trauma Nursing Corp Course within 180 days
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years of recent relevant experience.
DEPARTMENT REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Department: SPA/PACU, 2 years RN with at least six months of prior experience in PACU, ED, or ICU in a multiple specialty acute care facility within the last two years

Pay Range is $82.00 to $108.73 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
