Education: Bachelor's degree. Degree in social sciences, such as social work or psychology preferred. Master's degree may be required based on associated licensure.
Experience: Four (4) years of experience involving program planning and coordination experience, preferably in community or university setting. Experience in violence prevention and case management highly preferred.
Supervisory Experience: Two (2) years of work coordination, training, or supervision.
Certification/Licensure: Licensure may be required based on the nature of the program, such as Licensed Master Social Work - (LMSW) or Licensed Certified Social Worker Clinical (LCSW-C) in the State of Maryland.
Other: No substitution of experience for minimum education requirement. In cases where Master's degree is required it will not substitute for equivalent required years of related experience.

The Hiring Range for this position is in the mid $70,000s to mid $80,000s, commensurate with education and experience.
