Client Care Operations, is a remote position encumbered within the
National Headquarters (NHQ) Disaster Services Department, Operations
Section, reporting to the National Assistant Director of Operations, and
is dedicated to supporting the implementation of client care programs.
While the Manager, Client Care Operations focuses on the implementation
of programs, they are not responsible for program development or
management. The Manager, Client Care Operations receives technical
support and guidance from the Senior Director, Client Care. The Manager,
Client Care Operations, primarily serves as the Deputy National
Assistant Director (DNAD), Client Care during large scale Disaster
Relief Operations (DRO) providing technical support and guidance to
relief operations. The position represents the CCP during periods when
the virtual NHQ Disaster Operations Coordination Center\... For full
