    We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Neenah, Wisconsin. In this role, you will handle essential financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires expertise in payroll, client invoicing, and general bookkeeping processes.

    Responsibilities:
    • Process full-cycle payroll, including handling garnishments and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
    • Manage client invoicing, ensuring all invoices are prepared and sent out promptly.
    • Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including entering and processing invoices.
    • Prepare and file 940 and 941 forms, as well as W-2s, in compliance with tax regulations.
    • Calculate and remit sales tax payments accurately and on time.
    • Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Interact with clients to address financial inquiries and provide exceptional service.
    • Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure financial data accuracy and completeness.
    • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, including handling garnishments.
    • Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
    • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
    • Experience preparing 940, 941 forms, and W-2s.
    • Familiarity with sales tax calculations and filings.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • Strong understanding of general bookkeeping principles.
