We're looking for a dynamic and highly organized Sales Operations/Event Planning Coordinator to join our team at our corporate offices in Bloomington, MN! In this role you will play an important part in sales and marketing initiatives, focusing on event coordination, training management, and supporting team onboarding. If you are a highly organized, proactive individual who excels in collaborating with senior leadership — including the Business President, Sales VP, and Marketing VP — this opportunity is for you! Your contributions will ensure seamless program execution, maintain clear communication across teams, and drive continuous improvements that align with our company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute major events like Food Shows and National Sales Meetings, managing logistics, schedules, and stakeholders.
- Oversee onboarding for Sales team new hires, including scheduling, resource setup, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate biannual Sales Enablement Training sessions, ensuring content aligns with sales goals and providing logistical support.
- Manage senior leadership schedules, aligning meetings, leader connect sessions, and sales program activities.
- Arrange travel for leadership and field sales teams, ensuring schedules align and expense reports are submitted promptly.
- Handle administrative tasks like event ticket tracking, expense reconciliation, and organizational chart updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and project execution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience
- 5+ years in a project coordination role, including event planning, sales program management, and onboarding processes.
- Experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software.
- Experience analyzing challenges and developing strategic solutions to ensure smooth program execution.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $58,500 – $97,500 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
