The General Clerk 3 performs a wide variety of routine to advanced administrative duties in support of the program. Acts as a liaison to internal and/or external contacts in a manner that promotes the professional image of the Company.
  • Performs a wide variety of routine or advanced administrative tasks in support of the program.
  • Completes various reports and paperwork in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Reviews Site administrative requirements and updates process as needed.
  • Coordinate personnel movement on and off Site, for leave and other departures/ arrivals.
  • Plan, track and maintain personnel housing/ billeting on Site
  • Maintain and coordinate issuance, renewals of Iraq visas for all personnel on Site.
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience working in administrative / operations role is desired.
  • Experience working in deployed environment is desired.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel.
  • Valid Passport required.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interreact with all levels of employees and customers.
  • Must be able to speak English well, German a plus but not a requirement
  • High level of attention to detail being the key quality.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

  • May be required to lift heavy objects whose weight may exceed 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to type using a standard keyboard to communicate through e-mail and various software applications.
  • Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment.

Nationality Restrictions:

  • If US citizen, must be able to obtain/maintain Security Clearance (NAC-I T1) prior to start date.
  • If non-US citizen, must be able to obtain German Police Report or have LNSP. Refer to TAA countries list.

Working Permits Required:

  • Must be able to obtain Germany work visa and German TAX ID number prior to start date
