What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead UX design projects from concept to completion, emphasizing user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and creatives, to deliver polished and innovative design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Work within an agile environment and manage design iterations based on feedback.
- Bring creative and fresh ideas to client projects, prioritizing user needs and business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in UX design, with a robust portfolio showcasing agency-level work and creative problem-solving.
- Demonstrated expertise in user research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- A passion for collaborative, fast-paced environments where continuous learning and growth are valued.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles is highly desirable.
- Must be located in the Atlanta, Georgia area for hybrid work.
