In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting HR operations within a manufacturing environment, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering positive workplace dynamics.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide day-to-day HR support to manufacturing managers and employees, ensuring smooth implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes.<br>• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal managers and supervisors to assist in resolving workplace issues and improving decision-making.<br>• Coach employees and managers to enhance performance and foster continuous improvement in employee relations.<br>• Oversee and administer HR processes such as staffing, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.<br>• Manage recruitment efforts for hourly positions, including job postings, interviews, and candidate screening.<br>• Conduct employee orientations and support onboarding activities, while coordinating training initiatives with Workforce Development.<br>• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.<br>• Administer performance management programs for hourly employees, including annual evaluations and disciplinary actions.<br>• Maintain accurate and organized employee records in accordance with compliance requirements and company standards.<br>• Provide support for other HR functions as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
