you. Position Summary Here at Riverside the Sanitation team is critical
to our operation, ensuring equipment is clean and sanitized for our food

Assist the Sanitation Manager in the daily activities in the 3rd shift
sanitation department. Review or complete the daily sanitation
paperwork. Oversee and ensure the proper completion of all sanitation
activities, including the cleaning and sanitizing of plant equipment
andcleaning of facilities. Setup of production and packaging lines to
ensure cleanliness and proper set-up for production. Identify
maintenance issues with equipment and notify Sanitation Manager or
Maintenance Personnel of issue. Demonstrate an understanding of chemical
handling and safety; ensure that chemicals are properly labeled. Comply
with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. What
You\'ll Bring: Ability to lead and direct a team. Ability to work in a
fast paced environment near moving or mechanical parts and
refrigerated/freezer storage areas. Ability to work scheduled shift,
Monday - Friday, 10 pm - 6 am, plus overtime as needed. Ability to lift
and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to read and understand Standard
Operating Procedures, GMP and HACCP requirements. Focus on safety for
yourself and team including wearing all required PPE. Willingness to
