    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain business computer networks, including servers and workstations
    • Provide technical assistance to customers to resolve network issues
    • Monitor and manage Windows Server, Exchange Server, and SQL Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management
    • Operate and troubleshoot network hardware, including switches, routers, and wireless equipment
    • Administer Linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
    • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot business software systems on a network, such as accounting and inventory management systems
    • Handle TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network topology tasks
    • Ensure prompt and urgent resolution of customer needs, prioritizing tasks efficiently
    • Document work performed and configuration changes consistently
    • Stay updated with the latest technologies and skills in the field of network administration.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Network Administrator role or similar position.
    • Proficiency in dealing with Cisco Products is crucial for this role.
    • Strong knowledge of LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network) is required.
    • Demonstrated experience with Routers and Switches is essential.
    • Proficient in Windows Server 2008, reflecting a solid understanding of its functionalities.
    • Expertise in Exchange Server is a necessity for successful job performance.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot network issues promptly.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
    • Relevant certifications in networking or related field would be advantageous.
    • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently, demonstrating initiative and dedication.
    • Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in network technology and best practices.
