Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs/NAs for our Kaneohe location. This is a full-time, salary position in the healthcare/medical field. The individual will provide direct care and support to our senior clients, helping them to maintain a high quality of life. The position offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and flexible hours to accommodate a variety of schedules.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care to senior clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
• Assist with medication management, as directed by a registered nurse or other healthcare professional
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all care provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the caregiving team
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and education to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• Current CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii
• At least 1 year of experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
