DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As a member of our Category Leadership
team, you\'ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help
our customers make the most informed product and promotion decisions,
using industry-leading research tools that identify consumer insights.
The information you\'ll provide is critical to our shared success.
Analyst Customer Insights Category Leadership Position Overview: As an
Analyst Customer Insights on our Category Leadership team, you will help
us sell sausage by working closely with sales, marketing, and our retail
customers, providing data insights and analysis, information support,
and training. This position focuses on: \* Category insights, analytics,
and strategy \* Engagement with our sales and marketing teams and
strategic retail partners \* Sausage category leadership and development
\* Sausage selling capability and tool development \* Leveraging
syndicated data and tools to provide insights that drive sausage revenue
and profits Responsibilities: Work directly with our marketing and sales
teams and strategic retail partners to: \* Create and analyze marketing
and sales reports using a variety of reporting tools and data sources \*
Develop and present customer-specific analyses that explain trends,
identify distribution opportunities, define promotional best practice,
etc. \* Provide syndicated POS, panel and customer card data to drive
Johnsonville and category revenue and profits \* Leverage pricing and
assortment insights to accurately forecast volume and share based on
price, promotion or assortment changes \* Track and evaluate new item
launches and drivers of base volume \* Build strong collaborative
partnerships with cross-functional team members and research partners
like Circana, Numerator, 84.51, dunnhumby and others \* Develop and
manage reporting, customization, and utilization of regional customer
specific data for Johnsonville \* Active participant in key regional
customer meetings Location: Global Headquarters, Sheboygan Falls, WI
preferred (Our office is about an hour north of Milwaukee) Coach:
Director, Category Leadership (We don\'t have bosses at Johnsonville. We
have Coaches. They are there to help you develop your talents. They

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education: \* Bachelor\'s Degree
preferred or equivalent job-related experience is required; w ill
consider internal applicants in process of achieving a Bachelor\'s
Degree Experience: \* Experience in support of Field Sales, Business
Development, Category Management, Trade Analytics or Revenue Management
\* Experience in the CPG industry a plus \* Experience working across
multiple data sources \* Syndicated POS and panel data tool experience
(i.e. IRI Unify, Nielsen Nitro/Answers) is preferred \* Customer POS and
loyalty card data experience (i.e. 84.51, dunnhumby) a plus \*
Familiarity with assortment, pricing and marketing mix analyses a plus
\* Experience working with data partners on analytic projects a plus
Skills and Competencies: \* Strong math and analytical skills \*
Excellent computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint) \* Excellent
communication, organization and presentation skills (written and oral)
\* Ability to tell a story with data \* Genuine curiosity and desire to
ask, \"what\'s next?\" \* Ability to contribute to a strong team
environment with positive and constructive input and desire to improve
the Category Leadership team and function. \* Ability to work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse relationships.
