Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you'll use your Cisco Networking Infrastructure expertise to provide technical support for the Atlas Air project.

  • Your day-to-day activities will involve troubleshooting network issues, configuring and maintaining network devices, monitoring network performance, and ensuring network security.

  • You should have expert proficiency in Cisco Networking Infrastructure and F5 LTM, as well as expert proficiency in F5 Load Balancing and Cisco Routing and Switching Operations.

  • Provide technical support for network issues and incidents.

  • Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

  • Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures.

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of Cisco Routing and Switching Operations

  • CCNA Security - Cisco Certified Network Associate Security

  • CCNP Routing and Switching - Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching

  • Bachelor degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • F5 LTM

  • Cisco Catalyst Switches

  • Cisco Networking Infrastructure

  • F5 Load Balancing

  • Cisco ASA Firewall

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in  California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
