CNA/NA NEEDED - 40hrs/wk Mon-Fri

Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading senior care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA/NA to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing quality care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a healthcare setting and a passion for serving the senior community. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a salary in the range of $18 to $25 per hour.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting their independence and dignity
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the care coordinator
- Help with medication reminders and administration as directed by a healthcare professional
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) certification in the state of Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
