Pay Rate: $21.06/hr - $36.06/hr
Position
The Document Control Administrator manages a team of personnel that receives, processes, maintains and updates company and customer specifications, documents, data, and drawings.
The Document Control Administrator will:
Processes new and revised documents (Company, Customer and Vendor specifications, drawings, and data.)
Records new and revised documents, specifications, and drawings into computer database/spreadsheet
Maintains internal and external distribution of controlled specs and documents/dwgs
Supports Engineering department and estimating by ordering, through the applicable customer representative, all required new or revised specifications and drawings
Maintains and issues new and revised Quality Procedures in reference to BMS (Business Management System)
Archives or destroys completed or obsolete documents (Company, Customer and Vendor specifications, drawings, and data.)
Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental control standards
Is evaluated for internal and external audits (for owned processes)
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
Promotes workplace safety
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Files and boxes data as needed (Moves full boxes as needed.)
Support Change Board activities
Maintain configuration control of drawings and models
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of secure electronic data retrieval, distribution, and storage
Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks for department
Capable of decision making to prioritize and accomplish job functions in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
Education:
Associate degree in related field with 5 years of experience or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Degreed candidates, five years of related experience.
Non-degreed candidates, seven years of experience in a Document Control position required.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Familiarity with ERP Systems strongly preferred
Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay
SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
