Broad Function: Under the direction of a Manager, a Supervisor is
accountable for ensuring that assigned production areas meet daily, weekly
and monthly safety, quality and delivery goals. A Supervisor supervises the
performance and training of all employees in the work area and addresses
individual performance issues, as needed. A Supervisor is responsible for
ensuring employee adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
